    Not bad for family with children

    Had a nice experience talking to the front desk staff, they were friendly and helpful, even gave us an upgrade to a bigger room for extra comfort, that was a pleasant surprise,,, the outdoor pool looked nice but was too windy for a swim .

    It wasn't cheap at all,, and the cleaning could have been better.

    The air conditioning failed for hours, and the slow Wi-Fi made it challenging to work!!! The pool area could use better maintenance, and more housekeeping attention would enhance the experience!!! Could also provide better in-room amenities!!!

    great room but minor cleaning issues

    The Superior King Room offered an very nice city view that I couldn't get enough of! The breakfast buffet featured a good variety that kept my mornings exciting. I particularly appreciated the staff's prompt attention when I requested a room change due to an issue with the heater.

    Neat and impeccable room provided with spacious bathroom and shower, as example. The rate is usd 2477, satisfied. Early check in and a great service throughout my stay. It has both efficient and accommodating staff.

    The room was spacious with a separate walk-in shower and a cozy bathtub. The staff demonstrated really good service throughout my stay, particularly Mr Youssuf at reception who ensured I felt at home. The breakfast had a good array of international flavors, and the pool area, while shallow, was a nice spot for a quick dip, even if it could benefit from more sunshine.

    Parking access is tight.
